Server 2003 R2 Time on clients not correct

We have a time server and some of the clients are not correct, using XP Pro, can reset the time to be correct but after a few minutes it reverts to the wrong time. The time servers time is correct. The clients are all supposed to get their time from the server. This started when daylight savings came in.
I have heard there are patches but cannot get to the site even when someone gives me a link. Can anyone help?

Seems as if your Clients aren't getting their time from the local Domain Controller. Perhaps this link will help
