server 03 and windows xp 1

now im really frustrated and i thank anyone helping in advanced but i created my domain in windows server 2003 standard taurustech.local. now i cant access 2 drives on my local machine after i joined it to the domain. is this a local thing or a domain thing?

Do you have a GPO to disallow local drive access?
