Hi,
I've been reading and researching on this subject but with no luck... maybe someone has the soluion to this problem:
I have a network with several PCs running win XP pro and some of these PCs host private webservers only accessible over the LAN.
Those webservers mostly serve automated reports generated by databases. One of the servers is a network camera though.
Lastly one PC is running IIS and hosts a public webserver (mapped public IP to its private IP). This website has a public section and a private section protected using ASP.
I would like this server to be able to cache live data from the other private servers on the LAN without disclosing their info (IP etc...) and post this data on the private section of the website. All I have are WinXP machines (no server OS).
I tried mapping their private IPs to Public IPs (I have 5) but this didn't turn out too well as my SQL database got hacked and I lost all my data....
Can this be done?
Please help
