Serve a web Page, some step?

Hi, I have a web page:

some i bout the domain on yahoo, and I would like to use my home computer as mywebpage server, can some body tellme some step to serve my page to the internet?

I got already:
Dell P4 3.0 GHZ Computer running Windows 2000 server
a dedicate internet ADSL conection.
