Hi,

A strange problem is going on with the server. The ftp session to the serv-u ftp server hangs while uploading.
After forcefully disconnecting, I only see a zero byte file
size uploaded.
I am using Service Pack 4 ono it.

It's been a long time since I haven't solved this problem.
Help will be highly appreciated.

regards,
Krishna

I've used Serv-u extensively. Just need a little more information.

1. You are seeing the 0 byte file on the serv-u server, correct.

2. What are you using for a ftp client on the client side and what are the os's involved.

3. Does the client logon have the correct permissions to upload files or have proper access to the directory where the files are being uploaded?

Get me the information and I will try to resolve your situation.
