Serrvice Control Manger WinAcPCI error 1

I can no longer get anyone to attach to the server. I just installed a new modem. And that when I started to get this error message "system control manger at least one device driver failed during startup.

When I checked the event veiwer it said the sential services failed due to the following error the system could not find the device specifeied.

Please help.
