Series of FAQs on understanding undocumented database applications 4

I have recently posted a series of FAQs on this forum on debugging and trying to understand undocumented database applications and get them to a level where they can be supported. They are based on many things I have done at work over recent years.
They are written without reference to specific products or technologies, so don't contain programming tool specific techniques. Ie they are equally applicable to VB/VBA/.NET on SQL Server as to Java on Oracle as to a LAMP stack web application.
