Looking for help on a series III. I've got very little knowledge of this system, but I think my I/O port 1 is bad. We're using it for a smdr printer, it quit working about a week ago. I've plugged a laptop into the port to emulate the printer using hyperterm., not recieving any output.
Haven't done a warm reset. Tried make busy and released make busy to no avail. Any ideas or contacts for tech support?
