Serial to USB

I have an old machine based computer that is completly in built, this means that there are no AGP, PCI or ISA slots, is it possible to get an Adaptor that converts a standard 9 pin serial port to USB, as I am in need to connect a USB device to this machine!!!

Yes, there are serial to usb converters, try a google search for: "serial to usb converters"
