serial to bluetooth adapter with WM6

I am curious if you have a terminal emu program on your pocket pc WM6, and a blue tooth to serial adapter... can you connect to a device like cisco router/switch...

reason being if you need to shut down a port really fast and your not near your desktop/laptop... just kinda curious is all...
