Using the Cups printing system and a RAW print queue.
When I use the same printer on my Novell server com port 1 it works as always. The Linux port prints fine until I send more than 10 pages to it. Then it becomes jibberish.

Hoping some setting needs adjusted?
Thanks for any ideas.

It sounds like a standard buffer overflow problem. Either your cable is wrong or your unix serial port settings are wrong. The computer must match the printer serial setup such as xon/xoff or rts/cts.

turned flow control to Xon/Xoff instead of None, and it worked!

Thanks You
