Serial interface

hi all

im having a problem with a serial interface on a cisco 1900 router. the status is up down. the line protocol is down but the service provider says
they can see the CSU/DSU. when the service provider loops the line the line protocol goes up but when they removed the loop it goes down. what could be the problem.

Can we see the configuration of the serial interface?
It is hard to help blind...
