Develop a VHDL program which reads in a serial binary string and displays it.

This system will read in a serial 8bit pattern which will be compared with these values
Provided 00110011
. The serial input will be done on button 3 of the I/O PCB using button 4 as an activation clock for this serial input. On completion of receiving the code the next 4 bit value using all four buttons will be displayed on the top 4 LED’s of the I/O PCB. Please. The system will maintain the LED pattern until it receives the serial code again at which point all the buttons become active again and a new pattern can be input and displayed.
