Serenada 200 ? how to add user

I am trying to add a user in serenade. Ifound these instructions:

.A user
Add: 4315,40
but when I press enter it says delimeter expected.

Any idea what I am to do next?

Add: 4315,4315,40,last,first
= extn,extn,cos,name,name

The format is:
MailboxNo, ExtnNo, COS, (Last, First)*

*Names are optional, and on earlier versions of software had to added separately
