Need to add a 5360 IP phone, but can't remember the start up. I thought it was Hold-***-and the EXT for the phone ?

Sequence to add a phone

If the phone is programmed in the ESM and has never been connected to the system (the phone MAC address is unknown to the system), connect the phone to the POE LAN port and after it boots the screen will prompt you to "Enter the PIN number and press Hold to send". In most cases it's ***Ext#Hold
