Sequence of execution in Crystal Report 1

Let us we have the following pattern

Group Header #1
Group Header #2
Group Header #3
Details
Group Footer #3
Group Footer #2
Group Footer #1
Report Footer
Page Footer

Could somebody tell me what is the sequence of execution? I try to find out where is the best place to run total and reset the variable.

Depends on the type of totalling you are performing.

Running totals can only go in the group footers.

Grand totals in the report footer.

Other summary totals can go either in the Group Header or Group Footer.

If you could provide some examples of the type of totals you want along with expected results in your layout, we could provide a more definitive answer.
