I'm tasked with disabling all the seperated users voicemail boxes on Callpilot Manager 5.0. That only disabled login to that DN's voicemail. However, that person's greeting still plays if someone calls that extension. I've also forwarded their extension on the phone to their former boss so that if any clients call them directly they'll be directed to their former boss. Problem with that is that if the boss doesn't pick up then the former employee's voicemail greeting still plays and you can leave a message.
Basically, the bosses don't want to delete their voicemail box, but don't want their greetings to play if someone calls their extensions. Is there a way to disable the voicemail box so that it doesn't play at all and not just disable the log in to the voicemail?
