seperate report by group

i am using crystal xi and enterprise

not sure if this is possible, but its worth a try to ask

i have a report that has worker #
it is group by worker #

can i automate this report so it will generate a seperate report for each worker number.

so if there are 5 workers in the report
there will be 5 seperate reports that are run with each worker data on each one

every month there can be different worker #'s on this report

One way to do this is to create a parameter for the worker #, and then schedule the report 5 times, one for each worker number.

To do this in an automated fashion you need the latest XI R2 and use report bursting, or there are 3rd party products that do so as well.

Yes version 11.0.0.1994 is BOE XI release 1.

No it doesn't include report bursting capabilities as part ofthe product.
