Help,
I need to create a seperate mailing list for Outlook97. We have a parent company that we want to add the e-mail addresses in the form of a seperate Post Office Address List. The original Post Office Address List is our company employees names. I don't want to mix these. Can I have two lists available on the network, not on individual C:\drives. I know I can create this list in the Personal Address lists. If I had to create it there and copy it to the network, that would be okay.

Thanks for any help or points in the right direction.

NEVERMIND!!,
I created a seperate Contacts folder with the list of employees and their e-mail addresses. I then, exported that .pst file to the Post Office drive on the network. Then, I went to each computer and imported that contact .pst file into their individual Outlook program. Was there an easier way?? This one worked, it was about 150 employee names and about 20 computers to input to. Otherwise, I would have probably had to have come up with another method.

Would still like some input about this process. Thanks a bunch.

I didn't share, did I, if I made the contact list. Exported it to the common drive, and each user then imported that .pst file into their individual Outlooks.
I did, however, have some trouble importing the next user, if the previous user had not closed their outlook and re-started. I think, then it was trying to share the one file on the common drive.

Thanks for your reply, anyone else got any suggestions?
