Outlook 2000 downloads e-mails seperately depending on who is logged in at the time, however, all messages left in the inbox are viewable by all users. Any way of correcting this so that only the user logged in sees the messages sent to him? Thanks!

Just creat different Inbox's and create rules using the rules wizard, Tools->Rules Wizard and then click on new. Make a rule where the messages are checked with a 'name' in the to: filed, and is then sent to specific folder for that name. Have as many rules as you do users.
You can set each user to start up Outlook in their appropriate folder...Tools->Options 'Other' tab and then click on Advanced Options, and there is an option for which folder to open up on when you start Outlook, this must be done for each user logged on....although each user can view the other folders folders like anyother.... Outlook profiles should sort the problem, provided that you're using an Exchange Server and each user has their own mailbox. Add the profiles (Outlook must be closed) Right click the Icon/Properties/Profiles and add users. Then set up Outlook up to do a profile selection when Outlook is launched. If I remember correctly it's in Tools/Options/Mail Servies/ Prompt for a profile to be used, so you'll have to go into Outlook under one of the profiles, select the Option and restart Outlook. (Not too sure how it works with Internet Mail in which case the rules suggestion would probably be your best bet)
