I have one site in toronto and one in Montreal. I have set up a SBS trunk between the two sites. I am able to make site to site calls sucessfully.
Our customer has a Modualar Messaging 2.0 in Toronto. He would like to use this as a centralized voice mail. The MM integration is IP.
I have set up a coverage path remote in Montreal with the pilot number for voice mail in Toronto. Using UDP/AAR I am sending the call to the voice mail piot extension over the SBS trunk group.
Problem 1. Call coverage in Montreal
I called from an external number and rang my test extension in Montreal. The call is answered by voice mail however the called extension in montreal is not being passed to the MM. Therefore I get the standard greeting as if I did not have a mailbox on the system. I am trying to figure out a way I can get a integrated message. I.e. The voice mail sees that my test extension is 3433 and plays the greeting associated with 3433.
Problem 2. How to get vm lamping to work.
The brain is a wonderful organ; it starts working the moment you get up in the morning, and does not stop until you get to the office.
