Separate OpenOffice source of the GUI from logic

Hi,

I want to make a Centralized Editor and I want to know if it is possible to separate, accross a network, the source of the GUI of the OpenOffice and the logic, and how it would be the interaction

If it is possible I'd appreciate some guidelines.
Also if you know something like this already done it good be good to take a look.
