Sentinel Issue

i´m facing a problem on Sentinel 2.1
I´m working on that case for ages..and still not working
Does anyone can help with that..please !!!!
we set four different emails to receive an alarm when it´s been created...OK... we get those emails but with no informations about the alarms.
All the snmp services are running...
any ideas ????

are you having the info right inside the sentinel?

its very weird.

taking a look to the database, and how the alarms are being stored would help.

alto remember that there are patches for this edition.
2.1.4 and 2.1.5 (relased 01jun11)

the model of alarm i get by email is like this:
