Sent mail goes to bulk in yahoo

I just sent up an exchange 2003 and mail that is sent goes to bulk in yahoo and junk in hotmail. Does anybody know why this happens?

No PTR record in the external DNS, or your IP is in a dynamic range.

You can't. Talk to you ISP, they can.

I am having the same trouble with DNS reverse pointers records and I run my own DNS server. The reverse pointers are in place.
