Sent item Question

How do I set it so blackberry DOESN"T save sent item. I don't want the sent item to be save. Can this be done on it's own/when sync with desktop with outlook.

Assuming a Desktop Manager of 2.1.x.x or thereabouts, go to the Redirector Settings and, under the Advanced tab, check Don't save a copy to the Sent Items folder.

Thanks for advice. by doing this, wiil it delete from outlook too. I do want the sent email to be on outlook. I just don't want it on BBerry. thanks.

When you send an email from the handheld, the email is on your list with a checkmark next to it. You can delete this from the handheld.

If you send an email from the handheld and do not want it to be in Sent Items, it will not be in your Outlook Sent Items. If you want the Sent Item in Outlook, you will still have to delete it from the handheld. Is that what you are asking? Deleting the sent message from the handheld will not delete it from Sent Items if you configure it that way.
