Sent emails phone vs Pc not working help!

I work for a small company & have a company imap email. When I sent emails from my phone I can only see them on my phone & when I sent emails from my pc I can only view them on my pc. I can't see my phone send emails on my pc neither can I see my pc send emails on my phone. I use outlook app on both my phone & pc to send emails. All the received emails appear both in my phone & pc only have issues with sent emails

Have you made any progress with this problem?

Which version of Windows are you using?

What exactly is the "outlook app" that you are using on the pc? e.g. is it the outlook that is part of Microsoft Office?

Can you access the emails from your pc via a web browser? If so, which, if any, sent emails can you see?
