Hi,

I am trying to send an email from a form in access and I am trying to send a specific html file as a template for the body of the email, but I can't get the code right,

is this possible or am I just barking up the wrong tree, here is the code I have tried

DoCmd.SendObject , , , , , txtEmail, "Test Mail", , , Template

Any Ideas?

Sendobject gives you text only support for things like address, subject and body and of course the more intended ability to send an access object converted to some sort of attachment. There is no HTML.

You might be able to do something like this using outlook automation and a specific template or message form. I am guessing here but I know similar things have been discussed here. Search is your friend.
