SendObject .rtf Formatting

I'm using a macro and the SendObject to export a report to LotusNotes as a rich-text-file. On my PC, the format looks fine when the file opens. On other's PC's, the format is shifting data away from alignment under the column headings of the report.

I think the problem is this: The page-setup is supposed to be Landscape on Legal paper, but the page-setup formatting is not carrying over to others' PC's.

Is there anyway to correct this? Could it be a different issue?

They probably have a different default printer.
