Thought I might share this with everyone (although it may have been posted before) as Microsofts Site isn't that comprehensive.
Microsofts Site reports this error as happening when access tries to send an e-mail using MS Outlook when MS Outlook has had security updates applied. This is valid, if you have applied the security updates but not really helpful if you haven't.
Don't try re-installing you copy of MS Outllook. Check the size of your mailbox - If you have exceeded your mailbox size it will produce this error. Just dump some stuff from your mailbox .
