Please advise why my send mail wont work:

mail -s subject name@outlook.account


It sends the message to me on my server but wont send it outside to my email account.

This is on a Solaris 2.6 server.

try using /usr/lib/sendmail as this is used for routing

ie /usr/lib/sendmail newuser@hotmail.com < /test.txt
