sendmail smart host config

hello,
i have smartmail, "Sendmail version 8.13.5.20060308, config V10/Berkeley". when i installed it, and went to the sendmail.mc file, and theres nothing for smart_host. i am setting this up on sbc yahoo dsl. help!!
