Sendmail queue-only

I have a mailserver which is a main server for my main domain. However, I have other domains which I want this server to act as a queue only server for if there main server goes down. Do I need to run multiple daemons to accomplish this? What do I do? Thanx.

This can be handled by DNS and MX records.
Set up alternate MX records for your other domains to use the same "MX" as your primary domain.
