Sendmail problems

I've just compiled sendmail 8.12.3, the daemon runs fine, once I su to trevor and then try and send an email with pine to myself or anyone I receive this message.

I am sure the problem is with submit.cf . I am confused why when i send any email out it tries to send it to localhost.za.net which is not specified any where.
