I notice that when I installed Perl that sendmail.pm was not included (windows version 5.6.1). If I put sendmail.pm in the perl/lib directory should it work or is there something else I need to do?

If you installed activestate's Perl, then use their ppm (perl package manager) utility. It will do all of the install stuff for you. See the adtivePerl docs about 'ppm'.

Otherwise, download the module from CPAN and follow the directions for installing the module. There should be a README file with the bundle that describes the process. 'hope this helps
