sendmail pb configuration

hi !!!

i ve got few pb of configuration with sendmail
may i ask you to help me ?

when i put on my terminal /usr/lib/sendmail -bt -d0.1
i obtain right definition ( i ve changed the Dm,Dj,Dw var for that)
and i ve no error msg
however when i make this following send :
/usr/lib/sendmail -v < /dev/null me
me is a user who have a local address and who is defined in /etc/alias
sendmail don't put the right address for this user
this address is too long , in fact it puts the address of the server which is not hte adress of the mail domain
so i have got the following error msg when i make /usr/lib/sendmail -v < /dev/null me
me@addresstoolong.fr can't create output
/var/mail/me wrong ownership

Furthermore when i send a message to an extern adress it doesn't work anymore
all the mail stay in the queue and i can see them with the cmd mailq
however they ve got the right adress and eatch the server seem to be found cuz it s got the right address
but there is an information message :
connection time out with server_name

So please
HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
