sendmail mail server

Hi. I'd like to run my own Linux mail server using sendmail,
but my isp blocks both inbound/outbound port 25.

Therefore, I'm not able to simply set up the server and send mail or recieve it.

Is there a free and reliable service out there, that will forward my mail to my different port address, as well as relay my outbound mail via a different outbound port?

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks...
