sendmail Hacked???

Dear all,

when we are telnet'ing to port 25 of our mail server
(Solaris 8 system with sendmail 8.13.7) we see this message


220 ***************************2*******2********200********

instead of this normal one

220 myhostname.mydoman.com ESMTP Sendmail 8.13 ...........

Any idea what's wrong with our sendmail config?

This happens if I use the 'fixup protocol' for SMTP in my firewall configuration.

Do you know if you are doing the same?
