Sendmail gethostbyaddr(10.39.4.5) failed: 1

I have this error meessages inside my mail.log
how do i rectify the gethostbyaddr error away?

Your server is maybe not seeing the DNS server of the resolve.conf file is not configured correctly also check your /etc/hosts file.
