Hi Friends
We are using MSexchange as the mailserver in our office for all out going and incoming mails.
Now I need to setup a sendmail gateway(on Solaris 2.6),which can route the mails from all the unix boxes to this MSexchange server. I don't want these unix boxes to connect directly to the main mail server.
All our mail id's are in the form user@abc.net.
I have created another domain for the unix servers in the DNS server ie "xyz.com" and also added an MX record for the xyz.com which points to the Solaris sendmail server..
Now what I want to achieve is ...if I send a mail to user@xyz.com, it should reach user@abc.com thru the sendmail server.
And also if the sendmail server can delay these mails before sending to the Exchange server it will be very helpful for me.
To make all this work what all changes are required in the sendmail.cf file?
Waiting for you suggestions
Thanks & regards
Mohan
