Sendmail- can only send mail to external domains

Running Centos 6 with the default sendmail config. I can send mail to other domains- gmail, yahoo ect..
mail -s "Move This" cjmiller@gmail.com < /dev/null (this works)

I am not getting mail to any internal users.
mail -s "Move This" cjmiller@frgfoods.org < /dev/null (does not work)

Is there config change that I need make in sendmail- or should I be looking at the internal exchange server?
