Sendmail as client

I am trying to configure sendmail to send emails to my ISP mail server, this by its self is relitivly simply. The problem I am running into is... My ISP (Bell Sympatico) uses SMTP authentication & encrypted SSL connection on outgoing server.

I know that there is tutorials out there but I am getting a bit confused on what to change because there is both authentication and SSL
