sendmail 8.9.3 rcpt relay

I use sendmail for mail service. When I test my server for open relay,it passes,it does not allow relay. But when i telnet it on port 25 and
mail from:closeyouropenrelay@aol.com sender ok
rcpt to:closeyouropenrelay@aol.com receipient ok

How do I stop this?
