Hi people, I wonder if anyone out there can help me with this little problem?

I need to send some XML to a web server. The request to the server has to be an HTTP POST message and the XML has to be in the BODY of the request not as parameter pairs. The server should respond with more XML if the request I send is correct.

Anyone know of a simple way to do this? I have Delphi XE.

Many thanks for any assistance

Tim

I suppose this is a webservice you are talking about.
If this webservice exposes a WSDL document you can import it in delphi and all necessary code will be created automatically for you.

here is an article about how to consume webservices in Delphi:

hope this helps,
Daddy
