sending webwebpage through IE

Hi All
I need your help.Please help me to solve this issue.
I am trying to send WebPage from IE's mail option, which contains anchor tags.
When I receive this page in my outlook express or MS outlook and click on anchor, it opens new window directing me to the server.
My requirement is that this page should navigate me within the same window of outlook express / MS outlook instead of opening new window.Thanks.
