I had my outlook 2003(winxp) retrieving my voice mail from our Audix cmm 5.2 using IMAP.
Now with my Outlook 2013 (win7) I tried to duplicate the settings from outlook 2003 and it won't work.
It won't let me 'uncheck' the "Automatically check account settings" check box when I set it up as IMAP; it always fails the outbound email test and won't let me go any further in the setup.
Does anyone know the correct setup for Outlook 2013 or how to make it work in the new Outlook?
