I have a Magix with a T-1 card installed with T-1 service delivering channelized trunks to the system. I'm not sure on the version, probably 2.0. This is a multiple tenent system with a receptionist getting all calls. I have one tenent that has 2 companies with 1 line for one company and another line for the other company. His calls ring at the receptionist, and at his 2 extensions. Both extensions 11 and 26 have both lines and they both ring. He would like one of his lines to ring both extensions then forward into the vm box of one extension, say ext 11, which would represent one company, and the other line to ring both extensions, then forward into the vm box of the other extension, ext 26. Right now it's like dueling vm cover for both extensions. I can get one extension to cover to vm for both lines, just not one line for one extension, and one line for the other. Any ideas? Thanks.

Try Principal User, in the lines and trunks menu.

Don't know if it will work with a channelized T1.

I will, thanks....
