Sending TXT MSG to Caller from Call Manager

I have written a script for incoming callers and one of the options I would like to add is the feature to have a text msg sent to the caller about the status of thier claim. Using SIP trunks the system would get the ANI from the caller ID. Is this possible to do with the CISCO EXPRESS call manager?

Not natively. You would need uccx or a third party app.
