I regularly email a person who is in my Personal Address Book. They are not with our company but their company does use Lotus Notes. To keep the format the same, I always have to select "sending this notes document to other notes user(s) through the Internet" in Actions ¦ Special Options. Is there some way that I can specify that this person uses Lotus Notes so that I don't have to keep choosing this everytime I email them?
