Create a series of shortcodes that go to VMPro start points. The first token in each start point should be an assisted transfer to whichever phone should get the message (reception?). You can put your text string there. To keep a record of these, have the callflow use the email token first to send different messages to, for example, the receptionist mailbox.
Just to make sure I undrestand.....each programmed button will have its own unique text message. Correct? Will this actually be a call to the calling extension. What will the called party hear? beeps, ringing,etc.
