Sending summary information in email using Notice Cast

Dear Friends,

Please help me in designing a solution for the following:

I need to send a quick snapshot of information (summarized) to all our Executives using Notice Cast. The information which needs to be sent is stored in a summary table. I just need to have a SQL that reads this summary table and get the data out in an email:

Following information needs to be emailed:

Corporate Summary:

QTD Shipments:

Units = % of Target

Can anyone of you tell me how to do this using Notice Cast. I'm new to using Notice Cast. Any help appreciated
